Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at David Lantzy State Farm. As a representative, you will be responsible for selling our insurance products, including auto, home, and life insurance, to new and existing customers. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and setting follow-up appointments to inform customers about updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers to build relationships and identify sales opportunities
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed about the latest updates and promotions
- Create quote packages to present to potential customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is required
- Familiarity with CRM platforms is essential for success in this role
- The ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs is critical
- A Property and Casualty license is required; a Life and Health license is also highly recommended
