  • Safety Champion: Oversee compliance with DOT Hours of Service, Pre/Post-Trip protocols, and coordinate with the Safety department.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in management, transportation, or a related field (or Associates degree with 4 years experience in logistics/operations).
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience in operations, logistics, or terminal management roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office 365, transportation software (TMW Peoplenet, etc.), and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of transportation fleet modeling, DOT regulations, and CTPAT; strong multitasking abilities, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education and Certifications: Possession of a valid driver's license and eligibility for company vehicle insurance.
