Role Summary

Procter & Gamble is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Warehouse Management Systems Engineer to bolster our North America Product Supply operations. In this pivotal position, you will collaborate with Product Supply Experts to gain insights into the operations at various manufacturing sites and distribution centers, addressing their unique digital system requirements. Your role will involve translating these needs into an effective warehouse management system while continuously seeking to enhance and modernize processes for future efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Supply Experts to assess current workflows and requirements related to warehouse management.
  • Draft Change Requests in conjunction with Product Supply stakeholders for core applications and configurations.
  • Update and implement interface configurations.
  • Develop test plans and coordinate user acceptance/system integration testing with stakeholders.
  • Engage with the Central Change Management Team for vendor support concerning core system modifications.
  • Foster relationships with stakeholders to comprehend the business value delivered by their IT solutions.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance processes through automation, new tools, and innovative development platforms.
  • Work closely with Operations Engineers to streamline the transition between Development and Operations for quicker value delivery.

  • Capable of producing and conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exhibits strong communication skills, including the ability to listen, capture requirements, and translate them into actionable business solutions.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with JDA/Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Proficient in SQL querying.
  • Experience in warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with automated warehousing control systems and their interfaces.

Compensation

Pay Range: $105k - $150k

Compensation at P&G varies based on a range of non-discriminatory factors, including office location, role, qualifications, relevant skills, and experience level. Total rewards at P&G encompass salary, bonuses (if applicable), and benefits.
