Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at R1, you will play a vital role in helping patients check into the hospital. You will be responsible for collecting patient information, answering phones, and working across multiple screens to ensure a smooth registration process.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service experience
