RN-Patient Navigator--Comprehensive Fetal Therapy Care Center

As a RN-Patient Navigator, you will serve as a liaison between management staff, administration, physicians, managed care companies, community organizations, and other customers. You will coordinate efforts for treatment, promote quality improvement and educational efforts, and provide referrals/support for follow-up care for patients who are uninsured or underinsured.

- Compile data, track outcomes, and make recommendations for process improvement.
- Provide referrals/support for follow-up care for patients who are uninsured or underinsured.
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
- BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
- 2 years of nursing experience.
- Obstetrics experience preferred.
- Outpatient Ambulatory experience preferred.
- Bilingual preferred.
