Fetal Cardiac Nurse Navigator

We are seeking a skilled Fetal Cardiac RN Navigator to join our team at Dell Children's Medical Center in Austin, TX. As a key member of our Cardiac Services team, you will play a vital role in coordinating care for patients with fetal cardiac conditions.
Responsibilities- Act as a liaison between management staff, administration, physicians, managed care companies, community organizations, and other customers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Compile data, track outcomes, and make recommendations for process improvement to enhance patient care and quality of service.
- Provide referrals and support for follow-up care for patients who are uninsured or underinsured, ensuring they receive necessary medical attention.
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
- BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
