Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Patient Navigator in our Comprehensive Fetal Therapy Care Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in coordinating patient care, promoting quality improvement, and providing exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities
  • Function as a liaison between management staff, administration, physicians, managed care companies, community organizations, and other customers.
  • Coordinate efforts for treatment and promote quality improvement and educational efforts.
  • Compile data, track outcomes, and make recommendations for process improvement.
  • Provide referrals/support for follow-up care for patients who are uninsured or underinsured.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
  • BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years of nursing experience.
  • Obstetrics experience preferred.
  • Outpatient Ambulatory experience preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred.
