We are seeking a skilled RN Navigator to join our team at the Comprehensive Fetal Therapy Care Center. As a RN Navigator, you will serve as a liaison between management staff, administration, physicians, and other customers, coordinating efforts for treatment and promoting quality improvement and educational efforts.
Responsibilities- Function as a liaison for management staff, administration, physicians, managed care companies, community organizations, and other customers.
- Coordinate efforts for treatment and promote quality improvement and educational efforts.
- Compile data, track outcomes, and make recommendations for process improvement.
- Provide referrals/support for follow-up care for patients who are uninsured or underinsured.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
- BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- 2 years of nursing experience
- Obstetrics experience preferred
- Outpatient Ambulatory experience preferred
- Bilingual preferred
