Position Summary:

Imagine Staffing Technology is seeking an Assistant Clinical Specialist to enhance the Education and Professional Services division of a leading global dental organization. This role is pivotal in delivering clinical knowledge and support to dental professionals in both administrative and clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a subject matter expert in managing complaints and troubleshooting, including participation in relevant meetings.
  • Documenting materials, testing methodologies, and communications within the complaint management system.
  • Ensuring compliance with all FDA regulations.
  • Handling administrative duties such as customer correspondence, evaluations, and follow-ups related to complaint management.
  • Conducting evaluations of materials pertinent to complaint resolution.
  • Providing troubleshooting assistance to both internal and external clients regarding clinical techniques and materials.
  • Coordinating operatory activities, including scheduling and supporting dentists during procedures, as well as managing product inventory.
  • Facilitating marketing and educational initiatives within the operatory.
  • Overseeing the management of donated inventory and fulfilling requests based on material availability.
  • Supporting departmental functions such as KOL visits and mailing packages.
  • Assisting in the administration of the KOL platform.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A dental-related degree, certification, or relevant dental assisting experience.
  • Previous clinical experience is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, alongside effective presentation abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven capability to work independently and collaboratively while adhering to established procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
