The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Embedded Software for Medical Devices, with at least 5 years of experience in the medical device industry.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of 8 engineers in the development of innovative medical devices
- Overseeing the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success
- Developing and implementing software development processes and best practices
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Embedded Firmware development
- 3+ years of experience in Engineering Management
- NPD & NPI Project experience
- C++ & Linux experience
- US citizenship or Greencard Holder
- Able to relocate or within commutable distance
