We're seeking a Manager, Price Strategy to join our Growth and Strategy organization. This role will define, develop, and oversee alternative fee arrangement programs aimed at transitioning the firm away from time and material pricing towards value-based strategies. The successful candidate will manage the creation and implementation of pricing value-based and offer configuration programs, including content creation, value benefit analytics, and conversion efforts. They will also lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment and team leadership to ensure the successful execution of pricing strategies. Additionally, they will work closely with Pricing and Commercial Enablement organization to align function and service unit leadership with strategic plans and processes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of recent experience in a pricing role or related field, a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, and proficiency in at least two or more of the following consulting areas: service pricing strategy development, scenario planning, CRM or CPQ implementation support, operational and performance improvement, or other relevant pricing experience. They will also have a proven track record in coaching and mentoring others to succeed, with demonstrated experience in team development and leadership. The salary range for this position is competitive and based on relevant factors such as applicant's skills, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and market considerations.
