Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our Go-to-Market team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering expert advice on business solutions using a breadth of technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Expert Advice: Provide strategic guidance on business solutions using a range of technology platforms.
  • Interface with Sales and Delivery Teams: Collaborate with HCLTech sales and delivery teams to manage presales activities from capability presentations to SOW negotiations.
  • Develop Creative Solutions: Utilize your expertise to develop innovative solutions that meet diverse customer needs and expectations.
  • Drive Growth: Support the growth of our unit by driving new and existing customer opportunities, including RFPs, proactive bids, and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Enterprise Client Interaction: Proven experience in interacting with enterprise clients in the US, with a strong ability to build relationships within the organization and with customers.
  • Industry Experience: 8-12 years of relevant IT or professional services industry experience.
  • Operational Skills: Comfortable operating independently in unstructured environments and navigating grey zones across teams.
  • Communication Skills: Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
