We are seeking an exceptional Electronics Assembly Specialist to join our Defense Systems Assembly Group. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with high-precision electrical products and contribute to our mission to deliver excellence in manufacturing.

**Responsibilities**

">
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • Familiarity with at least one of the following fabrication methods: micro assembly, wafer processing, or window photolithography.
  • Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and aptitude to learn new technologies and processes.
  • The ability to communicate effectively, speak up when necessary, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Independence and attention to detail, with a high level of precision and accuracy in your work.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and assist colleagues as needed.
  • Comfort working under a microscope and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to work comfortably with solvents and acids.
  • Solid interpersonal communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
  • Bonus points if you have experience grinding or polishing small optics
