At Arka Service, we're committed to pushing the boundaries of technology and making a meaningful impact on the world. As part of our Defense Systems Assembly Group, we're looking for a highly skilled Assembly Manufacturing Technician to join our team.
In this exciting role, you'll work with high precision electrical products and be at the forefront of our semiconductor device fabrication process. You'll have the opportunity to be mentored and work hands-on in a lab environment, gaining valuable experience and skills in a growing and evolving aerospace company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup and Run Wafer Fabrication Processes: Follow written standard work instructions to configure and operate high-tech equipment in a regulated clean room environment.
- Monitor and Evaluate Wafer Production Results: Analyze data and identify any anomalies, promptly reporting findings to ensure the highest quality products.
- Perform Wafer Fabrication Manufacturing Tasks: Conduct various semiconductor processes, including photolithography, lift-off, thin-film deposition, wet chemical etching, and more.
- Operate Specialized Equipment: Work with mask aligner, plasma cleaner, furnace, PECVD, and other cutting-edge tools.
- Troubleshoot Issues and Conduct Root Cause Analysis: Identify and resolve problems related to wafer production runs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
- Support Manufacturing Engineering: Assist in root cause analysis efforts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Team Collaboration and Productivity: Work closely with colleagues to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, supporting organizational objectives.
- Safety and Environmental Compliance: Adhere to all Clean Room PPE requirements and safety protocols when handling solvents and acids.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 0-2+ years of manufacturing-related experience, preferably in semiconductors
- Skills: Strong initiative, curiosity, and aptitude to learn; ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical and Mental Demands: Must be able to work comfortably under a microscope and in a fast-paced environment
