Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
  • Transaction Handling: Handle customer transactions, including cashing checks, paying out money, and processing deposits.
  • Product Promotion: Promote our banking products and services to customers, including money orders, cashier's checks, and other financial services.
  • Branch Operations: Assist with branch operations, including opening and closing the safe deposit vault, conducting check verifications, and ordering currency for the vault.
  • Compliance: Maintain confidentiality and adhere to bank policies and procedures, including the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering Act.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of banking experience, including customer service and transaction handling.
