A Day In The LifeAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for owning a set of accounts or territory, with the objective of providing outstanding service. Your day-to-day activities will include reviewing quotation requests promptly, securing competitive feedback as available, and submitting quotation requests to our business units with pertinent comments. You will also be responsible for organizing and reviewing all bids with special, non-standard commercial bid requirements, recommending HPS modifications and obtaining approvals. Additionally, you will work as a liaison among our engineering, marketing, and field sales teams, as well as our customers, regarding product requirements, application questions, and problems.
What will help you thrive in this role?To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. You will also need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail. A bachelor's degree in business or marketing is preferred, as is 2-4 years of customer service experience.
