Position Overview
Position Details:
We are in search of a motivated, results-oriented sales expert with a successful history in enterprise solution sales. The Technical Account Executive role presents an exciting opportunity to significantly influence our company's growth, driving sales and revenue within our enterprise sector.
Your responsibilities will include managing and enhancing relationships with our most significant, strategic clients, as well as identifying and securing new business prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Technical Account Executive, your main duties will encompass:
- Formulating and implementing strategic sales initiatives to effectively cover the accounts within your designated territory.
- Overseeing intricate sales processes and articulating the value of our enterprise solutions to senior executives.
- Establishing and nurturing robust relationships with key decision-makers in existing accounts while expanding our reach and creating new opportunities.
- Negotiating contracts and finalizing agreements to optimize profitability.
- Consistently meeting or surpassing sales objectives.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and stimulate additional revenue.
- Providing precise and timely sales forecasts and updates to the sales leadership.
- Keeping abreast of new product offerings and industry trends.
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, ideally in the SaaS sector.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong background in developing strategic plans and executing sales tactics.
- Exceptional negotiation capabilities with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in account management and cultivating strategic partnerships.
- Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
- Self-driven, motivated, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
