Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee branch service, sales, and operational functions to meet strategic objectives in collaboration with the Branch Manager.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma and a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking, sales, customer service, or related fields.
  • Combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Familiarity with banking processes, regulations, and products.
  • Understanding of lending procedures and practices.
  • Strong skills in customer service, relationship building, sales, and management.
  • Able to effectively address client concerns and challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Capability to maintain high work standards and lead a team.
  • Ability to interact effectively with individuals across various roles.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
