Professional Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Professional Sales Representative to join our team at SERVPRO of Franklin, Vance & Granville Counties.
About the Role
This Outside Sales opportunity is perfect for an individual with exceptional customer service skills, a strong ability to build rapport with new and existing customers, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers within your assigned territory
- Travel to appointments and meetings with clients to understand their needs and negotiate successful deals
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in our CRM program
- Utilize best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales and meet or exceed designated targets
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in outside sales, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong desire to succeed and grow with our company
