About the Opportunity

Penn State Health is seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse (RN) to fill a crucial leadership position as a Manager of the Cardiovascular Unit (CVU). This key role involves overseeing the daily clinical operations, financial management, and quality outcomes of the Transplant program in collaboration with the Program Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care services that meet regulatory requirements

Requirements

To be considered for this rewarding opportunity, candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare leadership position, preferably in an allied health or hospital setting
  • Strong knowledge of transplant and cardiovascular services, including financial management and quality improvement principles
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret financial plans and reports
