Penn State Health is seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse (RN) to fill a crucial leadership position as a Manager of the Cardiovascular Unit (CVU). This key role involves overseeing the daily clinical operations, financial management, and quality outcomes of the Transplant program in collaboration with the Program Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care services that meet regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for improved patient outcomes and operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with organizational standards

- A Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or a related field

- Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret financial plans and reports
