About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Healthcare Leader to manage our Critical Care Transport Services. As a member of our team, you will oversee the leadership and management of all aspects of the Life Lion Critical Care Transport Services and Aviation staff.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies, developing and monitoring operational and capital budgets, and overseeing clinical care provided by the transport team. You will also collaborate with the Medical Director on Quality Assurance activities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Three years management experience required
  • BLS and ACLS required
  • One or more of the following credentials is required: PHRN, CFRN, CCRN, CEN, PALS, or NRP

Prior experience in critical care transport, including both air and ground transport, is preferred as well as business training and licensure as a Registered Nurse and/or Paramedic with Critical Care experience in the state of Pennsylvania.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
