- Mainframe Systems experience: Using Changeman, CNTL-M, or similar tools

- Mainframe Application Experience (SQL/COBOL/CICS/JCL/DB2): 12 years
- Knowledge of Electronic Document Management, BPM, Workflow, and Scan/Capture software using products such as eDocs and Kofax Total Agility.

Project Management Expertise:
- Change management: 12 years
- Understanding of project management methodologies, particularly Agile: 12 years
- Data modeling and structured analysis and design of web and client-server applications: 12 years
- Experience in data warehouse design and development: 12 years
- Knowledge of SQL tuning and database design: 3 years
- Experience in extract, transform, and load coding using Informatica: 3 years
- Experience with Oracle PL-SQL: 3 years
- Knowledge of Active Directory and MS Office products.
