About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at US Foods, Inc.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading food distributor and contribute to the success of our fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and track purchase orders within our fleet maintenance software system
  • Order and maintain spare parts inventory
  • Coordinate scheduling of repairs with outside vendors
  • Work closely with Mechanics and Fleet Manager to ensure work orders are properly completed
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external visitors, vendors, and staff
  • Draft, update, and revise correspondence as requested
  • Assist with setting up appointments for Department Manager/Supervisor
  • Maintain and update internal systems, databases, spreadsheets, logs, etc.
  • Monitor supply usage within the department and place orders when necessary
  • Maintain conference room calendars and schedules rooms
  • Attend department staff meetings, trainings, etc. as needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, i.e., EXCEL, Outlook, Word
