Life Skills Coach

We are seeking a compassionate Life Skills Coach to join our team at Bridgewell. As a Life Skills Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in our Level 3 residential programs.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate's degree or DSP certification being preferred.
This is a full-time position working Sunday-Thursday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM (40 hours). The estimated annual salary for this role is $43,000-$50,000, depending on experience.
Duties and Responsibilities- Develop positive relationships with guardians, family members, and other stakeholders
- Administer medications according to MAP regulations
- Maintain core training certifications, including FA/CPR, PABC, and MAP
