Job Summary:The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide health services and direct care to individuals with disabilities living in a residential program. In addition, the incumbent will provide advocacy and liaison with community healthcare providers, monitor medical records, and administer medications.
The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, be able to foster positive relationships, and possess basic to intermediate computer level competency. A driver's license is required, and experience working with adults with DD and behaviors is a plus.
