Job Title: Account Representative

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing our most valuable accounts and identifying opportunities to drive sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement strategic plans to increase sales and profits from key accounts
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Handle customer needs and requests, provide presentations on new products, and answer questions on products and company services
  • Attain or exceed sales and profit budget
  • Assist the financial department in resolving claims and other issues
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of related experience required
  • 4-year degree preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP)
