Position Summary

NCM is seeking a results-driven Account Director to contribute to our sales team. The ideal candidate will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering strategic advertising solutions within assigned accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture relationships with assigned clients, understanding their needs and aligning NCM's offerings to meet those requirements effectively.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base within designated territories or accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth, staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches that showcase the value proposition of NCM's services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • X years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, or relevant sales roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building successful client relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
Working Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment, requiring the ability to sit for prolonged periods and perform essential duties.

Salary and Benefits

Base Salary of approximately $100,000 annually plus bonus, with comprehensive benefits options including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) retirement plan.
