Job Description

As a member of the Benefits tech team at Amazon, you will work to build tools to improve our benefits administration process. This involves creating a seamless benefits experience for Amazonians.

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer II (SDE II) to take ownership of designing, developing, and delivering new benefits platforms built natively in AWS. Your daily work will involve interacting with engineers, product stakeholders, and managers, working on creative algorithms, and building large-scale systems.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year
