About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Benefits Support Engineer IV to join our Benefits Experience and Technology (BXT) team at Amazon. As a member of this team, you will work closely with product support leads and software engineering teams to resolve technical issues related to employee benefits.

Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical systems
• Develop and maintain documentation for technical processes and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in technical support or software development
• Strong understanding of AWS-based technologies and web services
• Experience with log aggregation tools and distributed applications

Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000 per year
