Senior ServiceNow Engineer Job Description

Peraton is seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Engineer to join our Application Development team. This role will focus on delivering ServiceNow solutions for customer service, data collection, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives. The successful candidate will integrate and manage disparate data stores, providing global users with seamless access to reporting and the management of cybersecurity findings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Integrate and manage disparate data stores.
  • Work on migration strategies for various systems and data stores.
  • Collaborate with software development teams.
  • Ensure solutions align with security, compliance, and performance requirements.
  • Develop and customize workflows and ServiceNow modules.
  • Provide technical leadership in ServiceNow best practices.
  • Participate in Agile development sprints.
  • Deliver clear and concise technical briefings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 9 years of overall work experience.
  • Possess one at least ONE of the following certifications: CASP+ CE, CCNA Cyber Ops, CCNA-Security, CCNP Security, CEH, CFR, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), Cloud+, CySA+, GCED, GCIA, GCIH, GICSP, SCYBER, VCA DCV, PPDA, Agile IC, SNOW App Dev.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
