Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently operate on a high-speed production line
- Set up and manage plastic injection molding equipment
- Achieve designated production goals
- Perform visual quality checks on completed items

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Flexibility to work additional hours, including weekends, as needed
- Proven ability to learn and operate machinery
- Eagerness to grow and advance within the organization
- Availability to adhere to a specific shift schedule
- Capability to perform under tight deadlines and targets
- Previous experience with injection molding machines is a plus but not mandatory

Shift Patterns Available:
Two Shift Options:
Day Shift:
Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm

Late Shift:
Monday to Thursday, 4:00 pm to 12:15 am; Friday, 3:30 pm to 11:45 pm

Three Shift Options:
Night Shift:
Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 pm to 7:30 am

Day Shift:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:10 pm

Late Shift:
Monday to Friday, 4:00 pm to 11:50 pm

Compensation:
Minimum of 39 hours per week, excluding overtime

Overtime Pay:
Time and a half and double time, with annual pay reviews based on performance and attendance.
