Position Overview
We are in search of an Ultrasound Imaging Specialist to join our dedicated team, ensuring that we continue to deliver high-quality, efficient care to all patients.
As part of our exceptional team, you will find a supportive environment where patient care is valued. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing ultrasound scanning procedures by maneuvering the scanner over designated body areas and adjusting equipment for optimal focus.
- Producing hard copy images and documenting test results accurately.
- Utilizing automatic film processing equipment for film development.
- Maintaining ultrasound equipment and managing inventory of ultrasound supplies.
- Adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of one year of experience as an ultrasound technologist/sonographer.
- Certification in diagnostic ultrasound in accordance with state regulations.
- Proficiency in ultrasound diagnostic procedures and operation of ultrasound equipment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
