Position Overview:
This opportunity is for a highly proficient Project Manager within the construction sector. The role encompasses the management and oversight of diverse construction initiatives from inception to completion.

Our team comprises seasoned professionals from correctional and law enforcement backgrounds, dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs through effective system integrations.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually
Benefits include 401k, medical and dental coverage, paid holidays, PTO, a four-day work week, tuition reimbursement, and life insurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate detailed project plans that align client needs with organizational objectives, coordinating with various managers and technical staff throughout all project stages.
  • Continuously monitor project advancement and generate comprehensive reports on key metrics, including milestones and deliverables.
  • Engage proactively with all stakeholders to foster collaboration, identify challenges, devise solutions, and enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Evaluate proposed changes to project plans, facilitating discussions with relevant parties to approve and implement beneficial modifications.
  • Oversee the procurement of necessary resources and materials by liaising with clients, team members, management, and financial personnel.
  • Anticipate future project requirements by maintaining direct communication with clients and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Manage vendor and supplier contracts by delegating tasks and clarifying expected outcomes.
  • Utilize project management software to monitor project performance and adherence to schedules.
  • Conduct risk assessments for project activities and develop strategies for risk mitigation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to creatively resolve issues.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience managing projects through their entire lifecycle.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing teams.
  • Experience in contract management and budgeting.
  • Understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
