Position Overview:
We are in search of a highly qualified Project Manager to oversee a diverse range of construction projects from inception to completion. This permanent role involves managing all facets of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison for all stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of project components within budget constraints while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed project plans that align customer requirements with organizational objectives, coordinating with various managers and technical personnel throughout all project phases.
  • Continuously monitor project progress and provide detailed reports on measurable items, including milestones and deliverables.
  • Proactively communicate with all involved parties to offer support, identify challenges, devise solutions, and implement efficiency enhancements.
  • Review proposed changes to project plans, engaging with stakeholders to approve and execute beneficial modifications.
  • Oversee the procurement of resources and materials as necessary, collaborating with customers, team members, and management.
  • Anticipate future project details by maintaining direct communication with clients and staying updated on relevant industry trends.
  • Manage vendor and supplier contracts by assigning tasks and communicating expected outcomes.
  • Utilize project management tools to monitor project performance and adherence to schedules.
  • Conduct risk assessments for project activities and implement strategies for risk mitigation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the construction sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience managing projects through their entire lifecycle.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.
  • Proven track record of completing projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams.
  • Experience in contract management and budgeting.
  • Understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
