About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our team at Amazon. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and guidance to Amazon Corporate employees. This includes resolving technical issues, communicating with customers and stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records of incident progress.

Our ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in IT infrastructure and technical concepts, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to Amazon Corporate employees
  • Resolve technical issues related to IT equipment and services
  • Communicate with customers and stakeholders to provide timely and accurate assistance
  • Maintain accurate records of incident progress and resolution
Requirements
  • 1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience
  • 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience
  • 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience
  • 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience
  • 2+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience
  • 2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
  • 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience
  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment
