About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Development Coordinator/Land Development Analyst to join our team in Houston and surrounding areas. As a key member of our land development and entitlements team, you will play a critical role in assisting with the coordination of entitlements, creating land acquisition packages, and managing consultants for each project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of entitlements process
  • Create Land Acquisition packages for approval
  • Assist in the management of all consultants for each project
  • Create budgets from plan take-offs, bids, and contracts
  • Manage and monitor schedules and analysis for Municipal Utility District Reimbursements
  • Keep records for all documents required for MUD reimbursables
  • Assist in the management of design and construction of entrance and amenity features
  • Coordinate with homeowner's associations
  • Additional duties as required

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in land development and construction
  • Ability to multitask is a must
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office and Outlook, with strong understanding of Excel
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral form or via RCH applications
  • Must have a vehicle, a valid driver's license and be willing to travel within the market place on a daily basis
  • Strong work ethic, with ability to multi-task and work independently as part of a larger team
