Role Summary
The Dietary Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring patient satisfaction by gathering food preferences, preparing, and delivering quality meals and supplies to patients on a daily basis. This position requires a commitment to excellent customer service and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
1. Demonstrate competency in essential functions as outlined in the Competency Checklist, achieving agreed-upon performance goals annually.

Specific Duties Include:
- Ensuring compliance with food safety standards (HACCP) and maintaining sanitation protocols.

- Assisting in the recruitment and training of new staff members and maintaining professional conduct.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in food service.
- Food Handlers or ServSafe Certification within 90 days of hire.
