We are currently looking for a House Attendant to become an integral part of our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of guest floors, corridors, and public areas to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assist room attendants by managing soiled linens and waste, adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Stock and organize linen rooms with necessary supplies.
  • Perform regular cleaning tasks including vacuuming, sweeping, and polishing surfaces throughout the hotel.
  • Ensure the pool area is kept clean and safe for guests.
  • Deliver additional amenities and supplies to guest rooms as needed.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests for extra towels, room amenities, and other inquiries.
  • Report maintenance issues and lost items to the appropriate management.
  • Engage in various cleaning projects as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical safety.
  • Strong attention to detail to uphold the hotel's high cleanliness standards.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with team members and guests.
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Physical capability to lift and move items as required.
Work Environment

Associates will work in a dynamic environment, often exposed to various conditions typical of a hospitality setting. Adherence to grooming standards and consistent attendance is essential for success in this position.

Compensation

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $18.50 to $21.00, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
