HVAC Service Sales Manager Job Description

Gpac is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Provide solutions and designs to meet customer needs
  • Manage and grow customer base through effective sales and marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales or service operations in the HVAC industry
  • Proven track record of sales growth and customer acquisition
  • Strong understanding of HVAC products, installation, and mechanical systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
