Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales and gross profit objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of outside sales representatives to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to ensure sales representatives have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we are competitive and innovative in our sales approach.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the building materials industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales representatives.
