Administrative Support Specialist for Senior Leadership

At KinderCare Education, we are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to support our senior leadership in strategic decision-making, schedule management, and administrative tasks.
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills to manage complex schedules, calendars, and itineraries. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, preparing meeting materials, reports, and presentations, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and preparing reports.
- Manage complex schedules, calendars, and itineraries to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Prepare meeting materials, reports, and presentations to support business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, and vendors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of executive-level administrative experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
