- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Decipher Programming.

- Capability to oversee multiple projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Experience with online programming tools such as CMIX, Confirmit, SPSS, and Sawtooth.
- Flexibility to work weekends as necessary.
