Role Responsibilities:
As a BAS/BMS Controls Programmer, your primary duties will include:

  • Developing control algorithms and managing system databases.
  • Integrating various systems and executing project start-ups.
  • Providing comprehensive training and documentation for end users.
  • Inspecting, testing, adjusting, and repairing automation systems.
  • Modifying programs and graphics on Niagara N4 platforms.

Qualifications:
MUST HAVE:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in building automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC controls.
  • Proficient in BAS/BMS programming.
  • Experience with Tridium Niagara AX/N4 programming.
  • Familiarity with BAS platforms such as JCI Metasys, Delta, Distech, Schneider Electric Ecostruxure, Trane, Automated Logic, or similar.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience with Direct Digital Control (DDC).
  • Knowledge of LonWorks, BACnet, or Modbus protocols.
