Software Engineer - Battery Systems

Lithos Energy Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team. As a Software Engineer - Battery Systems, you will be responsible for implementing and extending our custom Hardware In the Loop (HIL) software infrastructure using Python, C, and C++. You will also design and implement software utilities in Python for engineering and prototype production support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and extending existing custom HIL software infrastructure
  • Designing and implementing software utilities in Python
  • Building, managing, and maintaining existing Lithos CI/CD pipelines and associated infrastructure

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience writing Python
  • Familiarity with pytest framework
  • 2+ years of experience writing C++ on embedded Linux systems
  • Experience with bash and shell scripting
  • 5+ years of experience implementing automation of software verification

Nice to Have:

  • FreeRTOS experience
  • Experience with C and/or C++ on deeply embedded targets
  • Experience with virtualization
  • TCP/UDP and networking experience

Salary Range: $150,000 - $220,000 + equity - Dependent on experience

This will be an onsite position.
