Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for managing order administration and fulfillment for international intercompany orders.

This pivotal role reports to the Customer Service Supervisor and is essential in expanding our market presence and customer relationships to meet our ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently process orders.
  • Provide order confirmations to customers.
  • Manage incomplete and credit hold orders to ensure timely release.
  • Monitor inventory levels to facilitate shipping from the appropriate warehouse.
  • Oversee backorders and maintain shipping timelines.
  • Quickly handle order cancellations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, backorders, and escalations.
  • Generate regular reports to track order status.

Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective task management skills.
  • Excellent active listening capabilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual skills are an advantage.
