The Associate Patient Access Representative is responsible for assisting patients during the on-site registration and arrival process for scheduled and unscheduled visits. This includes collecting accurate demographic information, insurance information, and collecting patient liability (if known) at the time of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist patients during the registration and arrival process
  • Collect accurate demographic information and insurance information
  • Collect patient liability (if known) at the time of service
  • Perform financial clearance functions on assigned scheduled accounts
  • Provide basic customer service and greet patients in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of registration experience
  • Experience with Epic system
