Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Chemical Process Operator to join our team at Heraeus. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating chemical processes and equipment to meet production goals and expectations while maintaining compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety Standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate chemical processes and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Perform material tracking and participate in end-of-shift turnovers.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and operate equipment to company standards.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety inspections.
  • Notify supervisors of any deviations from normal operations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in basic chemical operations or related experience.
