Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Controller with end-of-month financial processes;
  • Record Journal Entries accurately;
  • Conduct Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation;
  • Support the preparation of Consolidated Balance Sheets and Income Statements;
  • Analyze and interpret financial statements;
  • Manage Monthly Sales & Use Tax obligations;
  • Provide assistance with Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processing as needed;
  • Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Finance Group leadership;
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline;
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience;
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities;
  • High energy and a proactive mindset;
  • Innovative thinking while driving initiatives forward;
  • Exceptional attention to detail;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively within a team setting;
  • Familiarity with Vista Viewpoint is a plus;
  • Experience with Deltek Vision or Vantage is advantageous;
  • Proficient in Microsoft platforms.

Physical Demands
  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and utilizing a computer;
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 15 lbs;
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards;
  • Capacity to push, pull, and arrange materials on flat surfaces and overhead storage.
