Medical City Dallas Progressive Care PCU Nurse

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses for our Progressive Care PCU unit, where you can leverage your skills to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our medical team, you will have the opportunity to work with patients from all over the United States and other countries.
About Our Hospital: Medical City Dallas is a leading tertiary care center with a 895+ bed capacity. Our state-of-the-art facilities are equipped with cutting-edge technology, and we have a team of over 1,500 physicians, many of whom are recognized as world leaders in their specialties.
Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, our benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and access to professional development opportunities.
Job Responsibilities: As a Progressive Care PCU Registered Nurse, your duties will include assessing patient condition during admission and each shift, identifying changes in patient status, performing procedures and administering medications as ordered by medical providers, and documenting patient care in the medical record. You must have a minimum of one year of experience as an RN in a high-acuity PCU or critical care unit.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have an Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within six months of employment, Basic Cardiac Life Support certification, and a current RN license in the State of Texas or compact licensure. Additionally, you must have an Associate Degree with a BSN required within 24 months of hire into the RN position.
