Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal ICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Medical City Dallas. As a Level IV NICU RN, you will provide clinical expertise and compassionate care to our patients.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and provide direct patient care.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.
  • Supervise non-licensed nursing staff within the RN scope of practice and in accordance with established policies.
  • Incorporate teaching into all aspects of nursing practice.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An ADN is required / BSN is preferred and required within 2 years of hire.
  • Texas State RN license or compact license is accepted.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by either the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
  • Must have one (1) year recent Level III or IV NICU RN experience in an acute care hospital.
  • STABLE must be obtained within 18 months of employment start date.
